Welcome to the release of the next in the Behind The Music Series. This time, we're in a very busy 2018, with Storytellers Part 2. I made this Behind The Music release retrospectively, and looking back, I still think it's a wonder this album got made at all. But it did, and I'm very glad.
Once again, I go through the songs and the process of creating them.

Ten years late to this party I first heard some of the tracks from this album on Pete's Live at Mothster Mansion Vol 1 broadcast. It is very different to his more familiar prog output and a few of the heavier songs take a few listens to get used to them but in the main the music is easy listening and soothing. Admittedly, some of the brass sounds used here work, well, less good than others ;-) That being said, what a nice surprise release from the Mothster's past - a Swing record for a change. Is this all done by the multi-intrumental man himself? A little info about the where- and whenabouts of these recordings would be fine... And as always with Pete: Amazing singing! All in all, I enjoyed this out-of-the-blue (or rather, from-his-pre-prog-past) recordings a lot! Carsten Pieper
