A house concert is always a special event. But when someone invites you to go abroad to their country to perform at their place, and looks after you and your family like royalty for three days, that's something a bit out of the ordinary. Well, it certainly is for me. A Visit to Münchwald is always a visit to remember, so we'd like to share it with you.

This is the house concert we did at Rolf and Anke's place back in August this year. So, though the cold nights have well and truly drawn in, let us take you back to a balmy Summer night, as you join us for an evening of music and friendship.

My thanks to Rolf and his wonderful family. Thank you to Maxi for the great recording. Thank you to the beautiful people of Münchwald, and of course, danke Anke. 🙂

Ten years late to this party I first heard some of the tracks from this album on Pete's Live at Mothster Mansion Vol 1 broadcast. It is very different to his more familiar prog output and a few of the heavier songs take a few listens to get used to them but in the main the music is easy listening and soothing.
